TenderBharo acts as a facilitation and advisory service provider only. We do not function as a government authority, certification body, or tender issuing organization. Approval, qualification, technical evaluation, financial evaluation, or award of any tender is solely at the discretion of the concerned authority, and TenderBharo does not guarantee tender success, selection, or business outcomes. Information available on the website is provided for general guidance and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or statutory advice.
2. Eligibility to Use Services
By using TenderBharo, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have legal authority to represent the organization (if acting on behalf of a business entity)
- All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete
- TenderBharo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if incorrect or misleading information is detected.

The client agrees to:

- Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
- Comply with procurement rules and statutory requirements
- TenderBharo shall not be responsible for rejection, delay, or disqualification arising from:
- Incorrect information shared by the client
- Delayed responses
- Missing documents
- Authority-side policy changes
4. Scope of Services
Our services may include:

- Registration support on procurement portals
- Preparation of technical and financial documentation
- Compliance and eligibility guidance
- Submission assistance
- Clarification support and follow-ups
- Services are advisory and assistance-based in nature and do not include representation before authorities unless specifically agreed in writing.
5. Third-Party Platforms & Authorities
TenderBharo services involve interaction with external systems including government portals, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
We are not responsible for:
- Portal downtime or technical errors
- Government processing delays
- Policy changes or corrigendum
- Evaluation outcomes
- Rejection by any authority
6. Payments & Service Execution
- Services commence only after payment confirmation and receipt of required documents.
- Timelines are indicative and depend on cooperation from the client and external authorities.
- If a client remains unresponsive for more than 60 days, the service may be treated as inactive and closed.
- Additional revisions beyond reasonable scope may attract additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
- All templates, formats, content, workflows, checklists, and materials developed or provided by TenderBharo remain our intellectual property.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- TenderBharo takes reasonable administrative and technical precautions to safeguard client information. However, online transmission of data involves inherent risks and cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
